Site Selection

We save you time and money researching your retreat location!
Whether you prefer the coast, the mountains, or anything in between, we will help find a place that’s perfect for your retreat and fits within your budget. We know that each group has their own unique personality and we strive to match that personality with a retreat site that’s right for you. We prefer booking hotels or retreat centers that we have personally visited and evaluated according to our strict standards. This enables us to use the information we gather from you, and match it to our approved properties to provide you with a retreat location that fits “just right”.

Contract Negotiation and Review

We Have Negotiating Power!
Retreat Suite will assist in the negotiating process of the hotel/site contract as well as help you understand exactly what the content of the contract means. We step in and deal directly with hotels to help you get your accommodations for the lowest price. Whether you choose a hotel or retreat center, we make sure you have everything you need for your retreat, from meals to microphones.

We review for you!
The contract itself can be confusing to understand and often times intimidating. Retreat Suite will review the contract with a “fine tooth comb” and make sure you completely understand what you are committing to.

Retreat Suite is available to help with any events, retreats, conference, or virtually anything that requires a hotel stay. However, there is a fee of 5% (of total event) or a minimum of $200.00 for any retreat or event that does not include sleeping rooms.
